Who is responsible for your information

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your region, your search timeline and the message you write to us.

If you accept measurement cookies, we also collect anonymised browsing data through Google Analytics and Google Ads: pages visited, time on site, referral source. If you decline, none of these cookies are set.

We also use Matomo, an audience statistics tool configured to use no cookies at all. It counts pages viewed and clicks on our contact details, without storing a file on your device, without identifying you and without keeping your full IP address. It honours your browser’s Do Not Track signal. Because it stores nothing, it works whether or not you accept the banner.

Why we collect it

• To answer your request and direct you to the right consultant
• To communicate with you about your file
• To measure our advertising and improve our site, only if you consented

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Where your information is stored

Requests sent through the form are routed to an automation server located in the United States, then emailed to our team. They are stored in a database hosted on that same server.

Google Analytics and Google Ads process browsing data on servers outside Canada, under Google’s terms.

Matomo audience statistics are hosted on a server located in Boston, United States. They contain no information that could identify you.

We tell you this because Quebec law requires that you know when your information leaves the province.

How long we keep it

Form requests are kept for three years, then deleted. If you become a client, your file is kept according to the rules applicable to our services.

Your rights

You may at any time ask us to:

• access the information we hold about you
• correct it if it is inaccurate
• delete it
• withdraw your consent

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Cookies

On your first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline measurement and advertising cookies. Until you choose, no such cookie is set.
